CirrusMD, now part of Quantum Health, seeks a Lead BI Analyst to turn complex data into strategic insights. You will partner with product, clinical, client success, finance, and engineering to build robust analytics, semantic layers in Looker, and scalable reporting.

Remote in the United States; strong SQL, LookML, and governance experience required. CirrusMD delivers physician-first care 24/7 across acute, chronic, and behavioral health needs, serving millions nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution
• Experience building semantic layers and data pipelines
• Experience with Looker and LookML
• Experience with data governance and compliance

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary data partner to product, clinical, client success, finance, and engineering teams to align cross-functional initiatives and build a unified data ecosystem.
• Architect measurement frameworks transforming initiatives into defined metrics and ROI.
• Own the data lifecycle from ideation to client-facing reporting.
• Define data structures and build Looker semantic layer (LookML) with version control (GitHub).
• Transform datasets into actionable insights guiding strategic direction.
• Build and maintain high-impact dashboards and reporting frameworks for key stakeholders.
• All other duties as assigned.
