Job summary
Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Business Intelligence Engineer to join Team Snapchat in California.
You will collaborate with Sales to unlock revenue and drive category growth by uncovering actionable insights, analyzing data across sources, and building dashboards to optimize advertiser performance. You will distill complex data signals for executives and cross-functional teams, advocate best practices, and influence strategic decisions with data-driven stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 6+ years in quantitative analysis and research; proficient in SQL and Python/R for analysis and visualization.
- Experience building dashboards and translating data into insights for business decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Understand business challenges and deliver data-driven decisions by consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Identify performance trends across campaigns and provide optimization recommendations across accounts.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor advertiser performance and product development from a client-centric view.
- Partner with Revenue Programs to support treatments and understand growth levers to drive revenue.
