Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager to lead the beverage team and ensure exceptional guest experiences on the casino floor. The role focuses on managing daily bar and floor operations, scheduling, and maintaining service quality across all beverage stations.

You will oversee staff coaching, compliance with policies, and coordination of events, while driving revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in restaurant/bar leadership or supervisory roles.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in an alcohol service environment.
• Basic computer skills for word, spreadsheets, presentation and email.
• Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and activities of beverage service operations to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
• Schedule staff and manage coverage to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol service standards and safety policies; coordinate equipment service calls.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; interview, hire, train and develop staff; provide disciplinary action when needed.
