Job summary

Mystic Lake Center in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a banquet bartender to deliver high-guest service, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while handling cash and POS transactions.

You will maintain bar stock, ensure responsible alcohol service, assist fellow staff, and interact with guests to create memorable experiences while pursuing opportunities for career advancement within our premier casino resort.

Qualifications

Must have minimum one year of bartending experience or bartending education.
Ability to work a varying schedule.
Knowledge of point of sale systems is a plus.
Demonstrate knowledge of Alcohol Awareness rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Takes guest drink orders and prepares/serves drinks according to approved recipes.
Operates POS system to process charges and handles cash/credit transactions.
Sets up and stocks bar before opening; prepares garnishes and requests supplies.
Maintains bar area and equipment and locks up per procedures.
Maintains responsible alcohol service and denies service to underage or intoxicated guests.
Interacts with guests to ensure exceptional service and resolve complaints.
Answers guests' questions and provides casino information.
