Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, benefits administration, or related field with 3 years of HR/benefits experience.
• Experience analyzing benefits programs and vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and interpretation of policies and contracts for compliance.
• Analyze operational data and report performance measures.
• Oversee health and voluntary programs including enrollment, billing, ACA/COBRA compliance.
• Lead staff and coordinate vendor communications.
• Prepare memos, reports, and presentations for agency and staff.
• Ensure accurate payroll deductions and eligibility loading.
