Job summary

Greene County Board of Commissioners is seeking a dedicated benefits administrator to manage county health, life, dental and prescription plans and wellness programs. This role handles new employee orientation, elections, dependent coverage and data entry in the HRIS and benefits systems.

You will reconcile invoices, ensure accurate data import to carriers and payroll, generate reports on trends and demographics, and promote employee engagement across benefits and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration and policy analysis.
• Ability to conduct orientation and educate employees.
• Familiarity with COBRA and FMLA processes.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
