Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team across operations.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Maintain a warm, positive recovery environment and client engagement.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules and policies.
