Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with behavioral health education/experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's in related field.
• CPR certification required at hire and renewed annually.
• Completion of SAMA training (restraint/seclusion) within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient care and supervise patients as part of the treatment team.
• Take and record vital signs; monitor patient location per policy.
• Observe changes in appearance, behavior, or progress toward goals and report to nurse.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN and participate in care planning.
