Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to residents, including life skills training, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
• Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals (BHPPs).
• Monitor and manage shift coverage to keep all shifts staffed and up to standard.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Assist with resident intake processes and EMRS data entry.
• Ensure all documentation, including shift and incident reports and MARs, is completed on time.
• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness for a safe environment.
• Handle case management documentation and collaborate with collateral care providers.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention as required.
• Report resident progress and incidents to Programs Manager.
• Reorder medication as needed and construct MARs monthly.
