The Wood Group Behavioral Health Services in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support daily operations of our behavioral health facility. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in behavioral health preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and families to promote effective care.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Daily chart documentation.
• Be familiar with The Wood Group’s policy and procedures to include employee handbook.
• On-Call rotation every other week.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support the effective operation of our behavioral health facility. Fulltime Shift

• Monday to Friday - ((7am to 3pm))

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and families to promote effective care
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and staff
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives
• Daily chart documentation

Salary Description

$15.00 per hour
