Job summary

Alexander Youth Network in Greensboro, NC seeks a Lead Behavioral Health Counselor for our Residential Treatment Center to coordinate care for youth and supervise frontline counselors. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality of services in collaboration with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (B.A./B.S. preferred), experience in crisis programs or mental health, and a valid NC or SC driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• B.A./B.S. in a related human service field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a crisis program and/or four years mental health experience preferred.
• Valid NC or SC Driver's license required.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Behavioral Health Counselor in our Residential Treatment Center (RTC), you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to our clients and Behavior Health Counselors.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma is required.
• B.A./B.S. in a related human service field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a crisis program and/or four years Mental Health experience is preferred.
• Valid NC or SC Driver's license.
