Job summary

Bay Area Community Health is seeking a leader to manage the Behavioral Health care coordinators. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely referrals, and support staff with training, performance reviews, and documentation.

You will coordinate scheduling, PTO approvals, and daily staffing coverage while supporting patient care and integration across primary care and behavioral health teams. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare programs or community outreach.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient flow and ensure quality patient services.
• Coordinate BH care coordinator schedules and PTO approvals.
• Supervise and develop BH care coordinators with performance feedback.
• Assist with training and documentation; participate in annual reviews.
• Facilitate referrals and care integration between providers.
