Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks an experienced Mental Health Supervisor to oversee clinical staff across behavioral health services. You will supervise therapists, review documentation, and ensure care meets WAC, state contracts, and TJC standards.

In collaboration with the Manager and Regional Director, you will balance caseloads, maintain client retention, and foster a patient-centered model while safeguarding confidential information. Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Licensed status as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW is preferred.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to mental health therapists, peer specialists, case managers and program staff.
• Review and approve clinicians’ documentation.
• Ensure staff meet weekly service hours and monthly productivity targets.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and ensure data is entered timely into the regional data system.
