Job summary

Columbus Springs Dublin, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an Assessment Lead to drive patient assessments, referrals and care level determinations in a behavioral health setting.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in social work (or equivalent) and a current OH license; RN licensure may substitute for the master's degree. Prior psychiatric facility experience preferred; CPR and de-escalation certs required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or equivalent.
• Current clinical or social work license in OH; RN licensure may substitute for master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates response to services requests including initial response, assessment, and referral.
• Documents patient symptoms, functioning, and needs; provides information for LOC determination.
• Demonstrates strong customer service with patients, physicians, visitors, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Emergency Detention paperwork and EMTALA.
