Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Columbus Springs Dublin seeks an Assessment Lead to coordinate responses for services, perform initial evaluations, and guide referrals, with emphasis on patient needs and LOC decisions.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in social work and an OH license, with experience in psychiatric care. CPR/de-escalation training within 30 days is required; RN may substitute for the degree. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and a current OH clinical or social work license.
• RN licensure may substitute for master’s degree.
• Strong clinical assessment skills required.
• CPR and de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates response to service requests, assessment, and referral process.
• Documents patient symptoms, functioning, and needs for LOC determination.
• Demonstrates strong customer service with patients, physicians, visitors and coworkers.
• Knowledge of Emergency Detention paperwork and EMTALA.
