Qualifications

• Current clinical, social work, or RN license in OH.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and de-escalation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives inquiry calls and schedules face-to-face assessments.
• Assesses or ensures assessment by a qualified professional; screens for emergencies.
• Performs comprehensive assessment and coordinates with clinical team or on-call physician.
• Interprets treatment to patient and family to reduce fear and encourage care.
