Job summary

Ozark Center, part of Freeman Health System, seeks a Behavior Therapist II to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum and support the treatment team. This role includes extensive data collection, program implementation, and weekly supervision of BT-I and IMP-I colleagues, under trauma-informed care principles.

The successful candidate will have a BCaBA pathway and related education, with at least one year of RBT experience, and participate in weekly supervision and team

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician with children on the autism spectrum.
• BCaBA certification path or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with BCaBA progression.

Responsibilities

• Perform intensive ABA interventions with children with autism.
• Assist in creating, implementing, and teaching plans to reduce challenging behavior.
• Receive weekly or bi-monthly supervision.
• Collect and maintain data.
• Report writing as required.
• Provide weekly intervention to all clients on the treatment team.
• Provide weekly consultation to all providers on the team.
• Assist with weekly schedule development and new hire training.
