Job summary

Ozark Center, part of Freeman Health System, seeks an ABA Implementer II to work one-on-one with clients in the clinic or in natural settings toward treatment goals. You will closely collaborate with Administrative and clinical staff and collect extensive progress data under supervision.

The role involves mentoring new implementers, applying trauma-informed care, and contributing to a sensitive, responsive environment. A high school diploma is required, and some evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with clients in clinical and natural environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform intensive ABA interventions with clients with autism.
• Collect and maintain data on client progress.
• Implement plans to reduce challenging behavior.
• Receive weekly supervision from Coordinator/Supervisor and/or Behavior Analyst.
• Assist clients in activities of daily living.
• Complete billing forms/documentation as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
