Qualifications

• At least 2 years in programming, supervision, and ABA experience.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and proactive behavior strategies.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively using the BST method.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians on proactive strategies.
• Supervise ABA antecedent-based intervention implementation.
• Collect BCBA fieldwork hours under qualified supervision.
• Develop proactive behavior plans in collaboration with BCBAs.
• Support families and caregivers in their needs.
