Job summary

ABA SHINE in San Ramon is seeking a Mid-Level Supervisor for their Behavior Respite Program. As a supervisor, you'll train and mentor Behavior Technicians while collecting BCBA fieldwork hours. An ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay ($43-$45/hr for direct client services), and opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment focused on proactive behavioral strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in programming, supervision, and ABA experience.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively using the BST method.
