Job summary

Agency Dept of Health and Human Services Division J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center in Morganton, NC, seeks a Behavior Analyst (NS) to coordinate and supervise ABA-based services for residents with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising Behavior Analysts is desired.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and behavior-analytic principles.
• Ability to train paraprofessionals and direct support staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
• Develop data collection systems and analyze data.
• Write and revise behavior-analytic treatment plans.
• Train others to implement treatment components and supervise plans.
