Job summary

A healthcare organization in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Behavior Analyst responsible for creating and implementing ABA treatment plans. The role involves supervising a team, training caregivers, and providing one-on-one therapy. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Psychology, BCBA certification, and at least two years of experience. The position offers full benefits, relocation assistance, and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients via in-person or telehealth.
• Communicate updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Liaise between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and service providers.
• Complete required documentation including progress reports and IEP goals.
• Monitor patient progress and present updates in team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.
