Optimum Behavioral Health in San Diego, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for clients across settings. The role combines assessment, treatment planning, data-driven decision making, and supervision of RBTs.

You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other therapists, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain documentation, and contribute to professional development. Competitive salary and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• At least 1 year of ABA service delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral principles, data analysis & ABA practices.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs.
• Develop and implement ABAs, BIPs, and treatment goals.
• Supervise RBTs and other staff.
• Review data and adjust programs based on progress.
• Train caregivers and promote skill generalization.
• Document and communicate progress with families and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and privacy laws.
