Job summary

The Faison Center in Virginia is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead ABA practices within school programs serving ages 5–22. You will oversee behavior analytic programming, supervise staff, and ensure BIP fidelity while developing goals and progress reports.

You will also provide parent training, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with leadership on staffing, compliance, and budget needs. Master’s in special education is required; BCBA is needed or obtainable within six months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis required; or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Virginia special education teacher licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of educational reports including IEPs, Interim Reports, Progress Reports and Report Cards.
• Knowledgeable in data collection.

You will ensure the consistent implementation of behavioral and academic programming that promotes meaningful positive change, while building strong partnerships with families and community organizations in a school-based environment serving individuals ages 5–22.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in special education or related field required.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis required; or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
