Job summary

KidSpeak Speech and Behavior Services is hiring a BCBA and Lead BCBA in Charlotte, NC to join a multi-disciplinary team including BCBAs, speech and occupational therapists. The role emphasizes leadership, supervision of RBTs, and developing treatment plans for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, ABA, or a related field.
• BCBA certification preferred; eligibility considered.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations is valued.
• Supervisory experience with RBTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of 6–9 clients.
• Initial and ongoing assessment of clients.
• Develop individualized programming and treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment integrity.
• Coordinate care with other service providers.
