Job summary

KidSpeak in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA/Lead BCBA to join a growing pediatric therapy team. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized ABA programs, and collaborate with SLPs and OTs to serve children and families.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) licensed in NC.
• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations; supervisory experience with RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of 6–9 clients.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Develop client programming and treatment plans.
• Ensure timely and quality session documentation and progress reports.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment integrity.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote generalization of skills.
• Coordinate care with other service providers.
• Support projects aligned with professional interests.
