Job summary

KidSpeak in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA to join our expanding pediatric therapy team. You will oversee a caseload, supervise RBTs, and coordinate care with speech and occupational therapists to deliver collaborative, data-driven treatment.

Qualifications

• Board Certification and licensure to work in North Carolina (candidates who have completed graduate coursework and fieldwork supervision requirements are encouraged to apply)
• Master's degree required or preferred
• Experience with neurodivergent populations or developmental disabilities
• Supervisory experience with RBTs preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversight of caseload of 6-9 clients
• Initial and ongoing assessment
• Developing client programming and treatment plans
• Timely and quality session documentation and progress report writing
• Oversight of RBTs implementation of direct therapy
• Supervision of RBTs to ensure high treatment integrity
• Implementation of parent/caregiver collaboration opportunities
• Coordination of care with other service providers
• Support a project that aligns with your professional interests
