Helping Hands Family - Autism Services in Reading, Berks County, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 10 clients and supervising RBTs. Aiming to support children aged 2-18, candidates must have BCBA certification and a passion for client-centered approaches. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
