Job summary

Reliatus in Conroe, TX seeks a compassionate BCBA to lead clinical programs, perform assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), and supervise RBTs. The role blends leadership, direct practice, and work-life balance through our comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP) using ABA principles, collaborate with caregivers, analyze data, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification issued by BACB required.
• Texas State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify function and skill levels.
• Design, develop, and oversee ITPS/BIPs using ABA principles for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs and staff.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across settings.
