Job summary

Mindcolor Autism seeks a Senior Clinical BCBA to lead and mentor a growing clinical team in McKinney, TX. You will oversee data-driven treatment plans, guide RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers to uphold clinical excellence and compassionate, client-centered care.

The role offers a structured caseload of 6–9 learners, remote work days, a strong compensation package, and ample opportunities for CEUs, growth, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification in good standing required (minimum 3 years).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification or plan to obtain within 30 days.
• QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across client journey.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers.
• Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture.
