Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a BCBA to join a collaborative, high-support clinic in The Woodlands, TX. The role focuses on clinical excellence with minimized administrative tasks, enabling you to deliver life-changing care.

We offer premium compensation ($90,000 base + quarterly bonuses) and a structured mentorship program, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates moving to the Magnolia/Greater Houston area. Generous PTO and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas or eligible to obtain.
  • Strong teamwork, integrity, and clinical mentoring abilities.
  • Experience supervising BCBA candidates or willingness to mentor clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (BCBA/BCBA-D) to promote growth.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT and SLP partners.
  • Design and monitor data collection to guide treatment plans.
  • Deliver parent training and staff development to improve outcomes.

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

Clinical Leadership:Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Holistic Care:Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.

Data-Driven Treatment:Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

Family & Staff Training:Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff.

Crisis & Safety Management:Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).

Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
