Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is hiring a BCBA for full-time, center-based in Tucker, GA. You will lead ABA therapy for children 5 and under, supervise techs, develop assent-based plans, and coach families on progress. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current license to practice.
• Experience delivering center-based ABA therapy to young children.
• Strong communication with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a center-based in Tucker, GA.
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized ABA behavior plans.
• Engage parents during on-site training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
