Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead our clinic-based ABA program. This full-time role combines direct client work with supervision of BTs/RBTs and collaboration with families. You will mentor remote BCBAs, coordinate care, and help design individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• NC licensure or eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
