Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor to lead ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. Under supervision, you will provide discipline-specific treatment, supervision for staff, and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines.

The role requires 2–3 years of ABA experience in a multidisciplinary team, a Master’s in ABA, BCBA, CPR, and willingness to travel up to 50% locally.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
BCBA certification required.
CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports for ABA programs.
Oversees all components of ABA programs for caseload, ensuring high quality and best-practice guidelines.
Leads staff meetings and prepares specialized training and instructional materials for staff development.
Manages performance and productivity of associates; provides onboarding and ongoing training.
Collaborates with Regional Clinical Director and HR on recruitment/selection of new program associates.
Attends conferences and trainings to stay current on autism research and related fields.
Acts as liaison between families, community agencies, and healthcare providers; travels as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
