Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a clinical supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. Under supervision, you will provide discipline-specific treatment, ensure quality, and guide a team of program associates and therapists.

You will coordinate evaluations, training, and compliance, travel locally up to 50%, and stay current with research in autism and related fields while supporting families and community

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification and CPR certification are required.
• 2–3 years of professional ASD experience in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to associates in ABA programs.
• Conduct evaluations, reviews, and quality assurance for caseloads.
• Lead staff meetings and deliver staff development training.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new program associates.
• Liaise with families, professionals, and community agencies.
