Job summary

The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA treatment plans for children and young adults. This onsite clinic role emphasizes data-driven strategies, family engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The Lead BCBA will supervise staff, ensure regulatory and payer-compliant practices, and drive program quality across clinic, school, home, and telehealth where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing required.
• PA licensure as LBS or eligible per IBHS/payer requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA services for children and young adults with ASD.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready across settings.

Education
