Job summary
The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh seeks a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lead BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for ABA services, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and supervise direct care staff across clinic, home, and telehealth settings.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA credential in good standing.
- Pennsylvania licensure as LBS or equivalent per IBHS/payer rules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
- supervise and mentor direct care staff per BACB standards.
- Ensure treatment fidelity and data-driven decision making.
- Maintain compliant documentation across assessments and plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
