Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Gilbert, AZ, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful skill development.

This role offers competitive pay between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, along with a $20,000 signing bonus, health insurance, and a predictable weekday schedule. We're committed to supporting our clinicians through clinical autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB required).
• Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligible to obtain.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing clinical evaluation.
• Supervise and coach RBTs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers.
