Job summary

Wholesome Care ABA in North Carolina seeks a Part-Time BCBA to conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, and supervise RBTs. This role offers flexible scheduling, in-home visits, and strong clinical mentorship. You will work with families to implement evidence-based interventions and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed or eligible for NC LBA licensure.
• Experience in ABA with children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Ensure services meet ethics, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
