Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified ABA supervisor to develop and oversee targeted interventions for children with autism. You will share in client progress as positive behaviors emerge and provide supportive guidance during family discussions on results and recommendations.

You will advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns, while training and orienting our growing team of behavioral technicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months; students welcome.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as positive behaviors and skills develop.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of the team.
• Physically assist clients during sessions, including activities like standing, lifting, running, and moving with children aged 2–15.
