Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral assessment activities and design individualized treatment plans. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, train parents, and monitor data collection across goals while coordinating care with other professionals in the ABA field.

You will stay current with the latest research and promote a healthy work-life balance for the team. Ideal candidates will have BCBA certification, experience with assessments and treatment planning,

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
• Skills in parent training and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct Parent Training sessions.
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with ABA research and best practices.
• Promote work-life balance for the team.
