Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) in Wake Forest, North Carolina is seeking a skilled BCBA to design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with autism and their families. The role includes supervising RBTs, evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and ensuring high fidelity in treatment plan implementation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1+ years of ABA experience preferred.
• Experience with ASD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs.
• Design Treatment Plans of Care.
• Design measurement and data collection systems.
• Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB (20% oversight or more).
• Mentor RBTs to support learning and treatment implementation.
• Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings to drive outcomes.
• Attend monthly off-site Client Outcomes review.
• Conduct Family training.
• Billing and documentation for all clinical activities.
