Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, sociology, psychology or closely related field.
• Three (3) years of experience working in a behavior or autism specialist capacity.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the administrative and clinical supervision of BACB certifications (RBTs under direct supervision of a BCBA).
• Plan and oversee development and implementation of ABA-based programs for students with autism and other disabilities.
• Maintain certification requirements for BCBA staff, including competency assessments and supervision.
• Select, supervise and assign staff caseloads for high-need students.
• Oversee staff scheduling and behavior management services per IEP.
• Provide behavior management and intervention training to staff and administrators.
• Collect and analyze data for reports on case histories, assessments and treatments.
