Job summary

American Lithium Energy (ALE) is seeking a Battery Production Testing Supervisor in Vista, CA to lead battery production testing operations across cell, module, and pack programs. You will supervise technicians and develop test methods, ensuring data quality and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with battery cyclers, thermal chambers, and data acquisition, with strong emphasis on safety, calibration, and quality control under ALE’s AS9100D

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct battery testing or related lithium-ion experience.
• Direct supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with battery cyclers, thermal chambers, data acquisition and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily battery production testing operations and technicians.
• Develop and standardize test methods, procedures, SOPs, and pass/fail criteria.
• Oversee safety, data accuracy, traceability, and timely reporting of test results.
• Ensure testing compliance with ALE’s AS9100D Quality Management System.
