Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage in North Texas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, coach the team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role requires hands-on leadership, training oversight, and collaboration with the Production Manager to optimize workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing supervision, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Analytical and able to suggest and drive performance improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.

Responsibilities

Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to production employees.
Monitor employee performance and conduct performance reviews with the Production Manager.
Ensure proper training of new and existing employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Assist management with production and assembly line daily operations, including filling in on the lines as needed.
Monitor production processes and adjust to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in equipment preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain inventory flow of raw materials and resources; ensure a safe, clean work environment.
