Qualifications

• Proven track record in controls and software engineering for Li-ion battery systems.
• Experience as a software POC with external OEMs or suppliers.
• Proficiency in Rust, Python, and C/C++ for embedded and software development.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead software POC for external OEMs, guiding integration discussions.
• Design and deploy translation layers and software gateways for second-life battery packs.
• Develop containerized applications to handle external BMS communication and data parsing.
• Ensure system resilience with CAN, Ethernet, Modbus interfaces.
• Collaborate with power electronics, site controllers, and BMS teams.
• Validate with simulation, HIL, and hardware tests.
