Job summary

West Shore Home in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Experienced Bathroom Remodeler to lead projects from start to finish, delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You’ll own the job, plan each step, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the project.

You’ll install tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and perform plumbing updates, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:30 AM start, and a $2,000 signing bonus. Earn competitive wages plus full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling and related trades.
• Ability to safely load and transport materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with company systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
• Load your truck and materials at the warehouse before heading to the job
• Arrive at the customer's home on time and represent West Shore Home professionally
• Safely demo existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer's home
• Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components
• Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed
• Ensure installations meet our quality and safety standards
• Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer's home with respect
• Communicate with customers throughout the installation
• Complete required paperwork and project closeout
• Return to the warehouse at the end of the day
