West Shore Home in Wilmington, MA is seeking an Experienced Lead Shower and Bath Installer for full-time, W2 employment. The role starts around 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with a $2,000 signing bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer homes and greet them; establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan; update plumbing.
