West Shore Home in Boston, MA is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe and high-quality bathroom remodels. Schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 6:30 AM; you will load materials, meet customers, demo existing fixtures, install new tub or shower surround, and update plumbing as needed.

The role emphasizes customer care, thorough cleanup, accurate paperwork, and timely sequencing from warehouse to home to warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or device for two-factor authentication to access company systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials.
• Travel to customer’s home and greet them.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan and wall surround.
• Update plumbing as needed and ensure proper connections.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
