West Shore Home in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Lead Shower & Bath Installer to lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. You’ll install tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components, perform plumbing updates, and ensure quality and safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with a 6:30 AM start, enjoy year-round work, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance within a technology-driven home improvement company.

Qualifications

Experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, or residential installation.
Ability to read measurements and installation specs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
Load materials and travel to jobs.
Represent West Shore Home professionally at customers’ homes.
Demonstrate and install tubs, pans, and surrounds.
Perform plumbing updates when needed.
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean jobsite and document closeout.
